Spring Valley is a single family residence designed by StudioMet Architects, covers an area of 5,300 sf and is located in Spring Valley, Texas, USA.

Designed and built for a young family who decided to put some roots in Houston after traveling the world, this house in Spring Valley thoughtfully preserves the large sheltering oak tree in the central courtyard. The glass wall in the open kitchen/dining/living room offers views of the tree, lawn and pool. A summer kitchen, outdoor dining room and pool cabana add another layer of outdoor living to the house. The first level master suite includes a view of the pool while the upper level houses the secondary bedrooms and a small study.
