Apartment with a deer is a project designed by Lugerin Architects in 2015 and is located in Kiev, Ukraine.

“Apartment with a deer” is placed in a modern housing estate at Osokorki. The apartment has been designed after a trip to Scandinavian countries, inspired by simplicity of forms and neat lines. Despite the complex design and the relatively small size of the apartment, rooms turned out spacious and functional. The design decision is worth paying attention. The one-room apartment with a small bathroom holds the all functional areas and the large bathroom. The part of the hall was used for the shower bath. Every meter of apartment is useful now. The extraordinary element – a partition of glass blocks between the bedrooms. There is a specially created personal space with natural light for parents. The kitchen placed in a living room equipped with a recess for the bar counter and the wine shelf. The lounge area on the balcony has a beautiful river view. Customers are very satisfied with their flat design. And this is the most important point.
