Pangia Beach Wins is a project designed by SAOTA and developed by Panosco Properties, Pangia Beach is an exclusive, high-end residential development of luxury beach apartments in Mahé, Seychelles.

Due for construction in early 2016, the 33 apartments will offer a contemporary interpretation of beach living, complemented by natural-wood finishes and materials and a light, neutral palette. Each unit enjoys unimpeded views to Sainte Anne and Cerf Islands. Facilities include private moorings and direct beach access.
The International Property Awards, the largest and most prominent property competition in the world, is in its 21st year. This year in excess of 2 000 companies from over 100 different countries took part.
