Eric Street House is a project designed by Paul Burnham Architect Pty Ltd, a new house near the popular Cottesloe Beach, Perth, Western Australia.

The house is arranged to benefit from the available north exposure allowing full summer shading together with deep penetrating winter sun.
Constructed in part timber, part rendered brickwork and part concrete.
The house features two substantial open terraces at first floor level and the rooftop. The terraces are both 17m x 3m and provide uninterrupted outlook and outdoor living spaces.
