Art Gallery House is a project designed by Line Architects, covers an area of 780 m / sq and is located in Moldova, Chisinau. Photography by Oleg Bajura.

The sculptural form of a house made of concrete, metal and glass is conceived as an art object among private buildings.
The house is located on a small plot, on a slope with panoramic views of the surroundings.
The gallery space of the house with flowing zones is filled with modern art objects, which more like a museum, rather than a private house in which one can wander from one zone to another. The interior and architecture of the house is aimed at producing an abstract impression on the guests and residents of the house. But despite this the house has everything necessary for comfortable living: gym, swimming pool, home theater, study, many bedrooms, technical and utility rooms …
In the center of the house is a one-staircase ladder, sandwiched between two walls, which connects all three levels and is lit by natural light from a glass roof.
The house has three levels: one underground and two above-ground floors.
In the underground level there are: a home cinema, a sports hall and a large dressing room. At the first level – in the center of the house is a secluded living room with a second light above the sofa group,
where natural light comes from the glass roof. The kitchen with the dining room is located in the same space, the facade of which is unfolded 10 degrees relative to the main volume, with an excellent view of the pool and the surrounding area.
On the second level there is a quiet zone where there are bedrooms and a library with a glass roof.
On the side of the main facade (entrance), the volume of the second floor rests on the V-shaped column, under which the parking for cars is located.
From the side of the rear facade, the dynamic geometry of the house gently lies on the hill.
