This comes from the award winning construction concept developed by Pflugfelder: The challenge was to create an extremely spacious place of nearly 8000 square feet for five persons on a relative small plot of land, due to London’s high ground prices. This was fulfilled by a vertical based design over four floors which opens nearly endless to the surrounding garden area and the interior square. Various split-levels give form to the enormous open space that was be constructed as horizontal platforms, based on big columns in the ground floor.
