Gold Street Residence by Sarah Kahn Architect

Gold Street Residence is a project designed by Sarah Kahn Architect. This project was a typical residential addition to an existing heritage listed terrace house but was situated on a very special and unique site – so became a very atypical project. With the long western boundary directly abutting a leafy park plus street frontage to the site at both the front and rear of the property, the addition afforded a chance to maximize views of the park and to play with the sculptural 3d form of the new addition. Carrina Heights Renovation by dion seminara architecture

This Carina Heights home renovation designed by dion seminara architecture aimed to update and modernise the existing home. Taking approximately four months, we reconstructed the deck on the first floor, expanded the existing deck at the rear of the property and installed new balustrading throughout. Casa Blasco Ibáñez is a project designed by Mas Millet Arquitectos. The property is located on the first floor of a building built in the 70s on Av. Blasco Ibañez of Valencia. The house was found to be very compartmentalized, so to meet the requirements of the property, which was a modern, functional and clean-looking house, all the partitioning had to be removed, leaving only the facades and dividing walls. Stratford Creek Rambler by Matt Garcia Design

Stratford Creek Rambler is a project designed by Matt Garcia Design. This is a 500sf addition to the firm’s first major commission. Surrounded in nature, the Rambler provides the owners with a little more room to spread out and a space to disconnect and unwind.
