Custom Hamptons Style New Home Design Gregor’s Creek by dion seminara architecture

Situated amongst picture-perfect country-side this custom new home was built by dion seminara architecture in Gregor’s Creek, completed in 2018. Our clients originally approached us wanting to escape city life and desired an authentic Hamptons style country retreat to share with family and friends throughout their early retirement years. The refurbishment and extension of this pretty timber house designed by Bryant Alsop for a young family of 4 was driven by the desire to create space and light on a restricted, inner-east site. McCrae Bush House by Chan Architecture Pty Ltd

McCrae Bush House is a project designed by Chan Architecture Pty Ltd. Located on a long and sloping site along the Mornington Peninsula, the McCrae Bush house is a dwelling that was inspired by its unique surrounding context of native bushland and the close proximity of Port Phillip Bay. Located on the highest point of the site towards the rear so as to take advantage of the water and treetop views, the curved driveway approach to the building was carefully considered in the design of the building form which begins with the house appearing to nestle within the bush context then gradually becoming more dramatic and angular as one as one gets closer. On the third floor of an old modernistic structure on the outskirts of the Florentin neighborhood in Southern Tel Aviv is s gem of an apartment, a true surprise – definitely not what you would expect in the 1938 building and clearly revealing international style. Flirting With The Past by The Stylesmiths

Flirting With The Past is a project designed by The Stylesmiths. Beyond the heritage red brick façade of this Federation home, is an interior extension that flirts with moments of the past and brings them into the present to create a timeless, uncomplicated design. The project brief called for liveability, and so The Stylesmiths lead designer Priscilla Elasi delivered a home that responds to the everyday life and entertaining needs of the family of five, matching the lively rhythm of multicultural Burwood, Western Sydney. This residential project designed by Buttrick Projects A+D involved the construction of three distinct structures, creating additional interior space and forming a private courtyard for an existing house that remains in place.
