VP Apartment is a project designed by Ticiane Lima Arquitetura e Interiores. Cozy and contemporary apartment in the Aclimação neighborhood, in São Paulo. Thinking for a young couple, with a baby and a pet, the project was developed to accompany the family’s growth in a clean and cozy apartment. Based on an intelligent architecture, it had all the hydraulic points used, aiming at reducing debris and sustainability, in addition to more agility during the work. For a contemporary and light atmosphere, light wood tones stand out along with exposed concrete beams and burnt cement floors, creating an aesthetic language that can be shared in all environments.
