In the heart of a bustling city, a serene tree-lined avenue inspired architect Raz Melamed’s design for an apartment nestled within the urban landscape of Tel Aviv. A couple in their 50s acquired a shell-stage apartment with a rooftop, intended for themselves and their grown sons who had left home. They requested a guest area separate from the bedrooms, a study, and a guest room with a bathroom that could also serve as an independent facility. Additionally, they desired a large pool and a utility kitchen alongside the main kitchen. Photography by Amit Geron.
