This house designed by Nitsche Arquitetos is organized into seven distinct volumes separated by garden spaces and connected through a covered walkway. The design highlights the use of exposed materials such as concrete, wood, and ceramic blocks, emphasizing constructive logic and natural ventilation. Positioned on a large plot in Jurumirim, the residence integrates indoor and outdoor environments through a modular layout and simple, functional forms.
Due to the large dimensions of the plot, the project designed by Garden Spaces was conceived from the outset as a sprawling single-story house, composed of separate volumes divided by small gardens and connected by a covered circulation path. Photography by André Scarpa.
