The first Crowne Plaza flagship hotel in China has been settled in Shenzhen, featuring “WorkLife” rooms. CCD was invited to conceive its interiors. By adopting innovative design approaches and modern style, CCD team interpreted the cutting-edge lifestyle in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area. As the first opened hotel within the international 5-star hotel complex in Expo Bay of Shenzhen, the project will set a new benchmark for Crowne Plaza properties in China.

As a flagship hotel as well as the first InterContinental hotel in Northwest China, InterContinental Xi’an North is located in the CBD of Xi’an Economic & Technological Development Zone, where economy, politics, culture and commerce converge. Through adopting magnificent design languages, CCD reproduces and showcases the glory of Xi’an for thousands of years to guests around the globe.

The project by CCD is hidden in a valley of Huangshan Scenic Area, near the Yungu Temple. Sitting at an altitude of 800 meters, the resort hotel is surrounded by mountains, clouds and mist. It embraces nature, and provides a serene environment.

Heart touching moments found here, with respect to the beauty of the city and its people. Annual rings of trees increase with time. Every circle carries the story of the time, and is rooted in the memory of its surroundings. When combined together, they form aesthetic patterns, which embody the beauty of time. Taking “tree ring” as the concept, CCD turned MUSAE’S LAUREL GARDEN into a place that creates and records wonderful memories. Like a tree, it coexists with four seasons, silently watches people come and go, listens to and witnesses what happens under the tree, and records the stories here via its “annual rings”.

Each international metropolis has its landmarks, such as One 57 in New York, One Hyde Park in London, One Shenzhen Bay, and Beijing’s One Sanlitun. Situated at the busiest and prosperous commercial hub of Beijing, One Sanlitun soars into the skyline and enjoys a rare serene ambience. In the skyscraper, CCD created a series of luxury serviced apartments themed on various century-old brands including Armani, Aston Martin, Chanel, Hermès, Bottega Veneta and Fendi, by incorporating elements and styles of those classic brands into the interior design.
