White paradise is a reconstruction of the interior of a house in Domžale, Slovenia designed by GAO architects. The house in Domžale was originally built in the 90’s. Therefore the interior before the renovation reflected trends of that era. The lifestyle and design guidelines have changed a lot since then and the clients felt the urge to make functional and aesthetic changes.
This beautiful flat designed by GAO architects in the heart of Ljubljana, comprising of an atrium as well, has a rather interesting layout, that, concerning the main living area, fully resembles the one of the Situla Show Flat we furnished and styled a while ago. Our clients really loved this certain layout, this being a reason they decided to hire us. We used the same grayish colour palette as a key element of the interious design, which was introduced also in the Show Flat. But for us, the main challenge, creativity¬wise, was creating a completely different atmosphere in this appartement than the one in the Show Flat and to adjust it’s design, so as to comply with our client’s needs and wishes.
The Single man residence designed by GAO architects is a pleasant, bright apartment in a modern commercial/residential building called Situla in the heart of Ljubljana. Layout of 84 m2, with wonderful view to the Ljubljana castle was perfect for creating an apartment with character that is an exciting home for a dynamic and successful man.
