For developer Gilliam Properties, SHH was commissioned to transform and add value to an existing, 5,000 sq ft, detached and freehold property at a prestigious address in the Holland Park area of West London. SHH obtained planning permission to extend, remodel and fit out the property – formerly divided into flats – in order to create a single and luxurious 9,000 sq ft family home, retaining the building’s façade, but demolishing the remainder of the existing structure. Construction is now completed on the new, 5-storey, luxury home on the site, which will offer its purchaser bright, spacious and well-proportioned accommodation, together with a 107-ft long southwest-facing rear garden and one of West London’s largest indoor pools.
