This 250m2 apartment was designed by Diego Revollo and is located in São Paulo, Brazil.
The client of this project, a personal stylist and Brazilian TV host, with a very high sense of beauty, and owner of this 250m2 apartment located in Sao Paulo, made this project a very unique one for the architect Diego Revollo.
The owner, close friends with Diego for more than 10 years, has been living in different fashion districts in cities like Milan, New York and London. The interior design idea for the apartment was to incorporate the cosmopolitan and glamorous universe of these big cities to the original architectural features of this traditional property in Sao Paulo, like the high ceilings and square footage well distributed in spacious rooms, with great lightening and ventilation.
This “international” appeal had to be as glamorous as comfortable, with a contemporary design that brings classic elements such as more sober tones like beige, brown and black, combining Italian furniture and stylish design. The boldness of this project was showed in the art composition on the walls, like a nude photograph of Raquel Zimmermann mixing with the old chandelier and an Eva Herzigova picture contrasting with the very modern table and the transparent chairs in the dining room.
The very unique style of this apartment reflects clearly the client´s personality and way of living. His work with fashion editorials, attachment with contemporary plastic arts, all reflect the esthetic impact of Diego´s interior design style.
