Many energy saving upgrades have been incorporated such as insulating the existing walls and roof, harvesting rainwater for garden irrigation, and high performance sash windows and underfloor heating.
Sumptuous use of materials includes Cararra marble bathroom suites and American black walnut floors and staircase. Automated blinds and curtains, bespoke joinery and air conditioning feature throughout.
