The “House in Piedade” was designed by Nitsche Arquitetos with a focus on efficiency, simplicity, and low cost, addressing both local climate conditions and the client’s needs. With approximately 140 m², the residence uses a CLT construction system, allowing for quick assembly and reduced environmental impact.
