This residence designed by Paulo Martins Arquitectura is located on a sloped plot within a golf course, with a seven meter level difference that shapes its spatial organization.
The main entrance is at the upper level, while the lowest floor houses the parking and technical areas with direct access to the green. Private areas are positioned on the intermediate level. Photography by Ivo Tavares.

Innovazione Agency offices by ZDA
The design of the Innovazione Agency offices designed by ZDA stems from the desire to transform an unfinished attic into a contemporary, bright, and functional workspace. Located on the top floor of a building in the heart of Brescia’s historic center, the new headquarters unfolds within a pitched-roof volume characterized by exposed wooden beams, which have been restored and whitewashed to enhance the perception of light and space. Casa Sali by ZDA
Casa Sali is a project designed by ZDA. Pure geometries and carefully balanced volumes shape Casa Sali, a residence designed to offer a harmonious synthesis of architectural rigor and material elegance. The villa unfolds across three distinct yet seamlessly interconnected volumes: one dedicated to the living area, one to the sleeping quarters, and a lower central body that serves as a distributive and service core, orchestrating internal pathways with natural fluidity. Nostalgia by Storeyboard Design
Nostalgia is a project designed by Storeyboard Design. In a world increasingly shaped by aesthetic algorithms and ephemeral trends, Nostalgia offers an introspective counterpoint. Designed by Swathy Sivaraman of Storeyboard Design, this villa emerges not as a showpiece but as a soul-space — a dwelling where memory, material, and meaning intertwine with rare subtlety. Rather than chase spectacle, the design evokes a quiet emotive resonance, where every bench, fabric, and shadow tells a story handed down or tenderly reimagined. Photography by Shamanth Patil.
TMX Garden Apartment by Raz Melamed
The apartment designed by architect Raz Melamed in Tel Aviv is a pastoral paradise floating in an urban landscape. A young couple purchased 2 apartments and wanted to combine them into a home for themselves and their 3 children. They came to Melamed and requested, during the program stage, surrounding vegetation, 2 children’s bathrooms, indoor and outdoor space for entertaining young and old friends, and parquet flooring. The apartment is located on the first floor of a tower based on a commercial center, and is a kind of ground floor apartment surrounded by a garden, for which vegetation was designed for shallow soil. Elwood House by Bryant Alsop
The renovation of Elwood House expresses Bryant Alsop’s core design philosophy: creating uplifting, beautiful, and honest architecture that responds to each client and site. Photography by Jack Lovel.
This project balances Deco heritage with contemporary family living. Original 1920s elements inspired the use of curved forms, fluted detailing, and sculptural lighting, interpreted in a refined and restrained way. These gestures reference Art Deco without overwhelming the home’s modern sensibility.
Functionally, the design supports how families live today. Living zones were moved to the first floor to capture bay views and natural light. Multiple spaces allow for flexibility and connection, ensuring the home feels generous yet intimate.
Materiality reflects our belief in quiet luxury. Warm tones, layered textures, and high-quality finishes are applied with care, enhancing comfort without excess. The result is a home that feels elegant, welcoming, and deeply personal.
Elwood House is a clear expression of our belief that architecture should respect its context, enrich daily life, and stand the test of time.
