Private Residence III is a project designed by Cristina Carulla Studio located in a Modernist building built in 1907. The apartment – dark and dusty when we entered for the ﬁrst time-, had little to preserve except the fabulous Nolla mosaics hidden for decades under layers of cheap ﬂoorings. The color palette and the sophisticated furniture was highly conditioned by the strong patterns on the ﬂoors.
Private Residence II is a project designed by Cristina Carulla Studio located in Passeig de Gracia, one of the most important avenues in the city, where luxury shops and the best restaurants in town ﬁll the commercial space. Natural light is the main protagonist in this ﬂat, as every room has big windows facing the street. The whole house breathes art, as white walls allowed us to put selected pieces such as the illustrations on the bookshelf and some paintings in the living room and in the suite.
Private Residence I is a project designed by Cristina Carulla Studio located in a twentieth century building and keeps the splendor of its past with original elements like the marble ﬂoors and moldings in the ceiling. After a major restoration, entrance columns turned the space into a chic and eclectic apartment.
