Family Island is a project designed by KW Studio and is located in Wilanów, a district of Warsaw, Poland.

The project comprised the interior design of a kitchen and two bathrooms in a private apartment with a surface of 110m2 located in the Wilanow district in Warsaw. The client, a young family of four, put forward preliminary ideas that served as basis for a fully fledged concept that needed to be carried out within a very short deadline.
The spacious kitchen turned into the heart of a flat thanks to a kitchen island accessible from all sides, which became a natural meeting place for the owners and their guests. The design of both bathrooms is minimalist. The first one is done with a modern touch in pale grey. The second, a bona fide contemporary boudoir, is brown with ashen undertones. In both cases gres tiles have been used. This simple and coherent interior effortlessly combines functionality with aesthetical appeal.
