The Space
Villa Yamu offers 5 generously sized bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, expansive living and dining areas (both indoors and outdoors), a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences and an additional 6th bathroom, laid out over two glass-walled pavillions. The outdoor areas consist of a 15 metre long infinity edge swimming pool and landscaped gardens surrounded by breathtaking sea views. This high-end, modern tropical residence is built of the finest materials including Thai granite, custom-designed glass, stone ceramics, refined local wood and locally produced terrazzo.

Guest Access
Because of Villa Yamu’s proximity to the sea, the breath-taking view over the infinity edge swimming pool towards Phang Nga Bay is one of seamlessly unbroken water from the azure blue of the pool to the turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea. The swimming pool is lined in deep azure glazed tiles and runs the full length of VILLA YAMU’S main pavilion (so it is long enough for serious swimmers). At one end of the pool is a sand-wash deck in front of the kitchen, which serves as an informal outdoor dining area; at the other end of the pool deck stands a contemporary interpretation of a Thai sala, a perfect place for rest and reflection.

The Neighborhood
Villa Yamu is located on the Cape Yamu Peninsula in an exclusive residential development on the east coast of the island of Phuket. It is conveniently located only 25 mins from the airport and tourist attractions. Although it is only 10 mins from the main road, the area is very private.

Getting Around
Villa Yamu in the Bay @ Cape Yamu is conveniently located only 25 minutes driving from the airport and a 15 minute drive to international shopping centres. A one minute stroll will get you to the beach in front of the property and all the other tranquil beaches of Cape Yamu are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Only a 3 minute walk from VILLA YAMU’s front door is a boat jetty, giving guests immediate access to Phuket’s hidden gems – the islands of Phang Nga Bay, including James Bond Island (Koh Tapu) and numerous other Robinson Crusoe-style deserted islands with clear blue lagoons teeming with tropical fish. Surin and Kamala beaches can be accessed within 20 minutes by car, whilst Patong and Kata are respectively 25 and 30 minutes away.
