The spirit of the 70’s is omnipresent throughout the beautiful property and you feel at home the moment you enter the premises. Lively colours melting into the vegetation, vivid orange that bewilders the imagination and luxury upholstery that makes reference to the hedonistic magic that transpires all around.

This magnificent property is the imagination of a well-heeled European couple whose main residences are London and Paris. Their love of the iconic free spirit style of the dolce vita epitomised so neatly by the photographer of the jet set Slim Aarons is fully prevalent. So are the contemporary outdoor sofas and furniture which blend into the unique partition of lightened contrasts. The torrid sunsets are a daily feature of the house and are soothing and comforting.

The property is located in the most sought after part of the Island, a few steps away from Gouverneur beach and the main shopping and restaurant hub – Gustavia.
