Canine & Feline Hotel by Raulino Architect

The Canine & Feline Hotel designed by Raulino Architect is located in Parada, Vila do Conde and the main program consists of temporary dog and cat accommodation, a hotel where the animals stay for a few days, during holidays or professional travel of their owners. The remaining program is a complement to the space’s activity, with a veterinary office, a grooming room, outdoor training areas and a swimming pool for pets. Photography by João Morgado

The residents of this property wanted a nice apartment that had the look of “home”, without much freshness because they very much wanted the grandchildren to “feel free” to enjoy every corner of the apartment.

Belsize House by Studio Carver

Studio Carver has refurbished a terraced Edwardian property in Belsize Park, north London. Its Anglo-American owners wanted a contemporary structure reminiscent of American-style timber conservatory extensions to serve as the family’s primary dining area. An apartment in Ramat Gan designed by Erez Hyatt

Curiosity. This is the word that describes the entrance to the apartment designed by Erez Hyatt in Ramat Gan, during which an amazing space is discovered with an urban landscape and open sky decor. In this project, the designer got a free hand when the client stated that she wanted to arrive at the end of the renovation with suitcases only.

Apartment near the golf course by Manuel García Asociados

The house designed by Manuel García Asociados is located at the base floor floor within the complex of the REAL CLUB DE GOLF DE CAMPOAMOR. It is completely stick to the golf greens, enjoying unbelievable view. This project consists of the partial refurbishment of the apartment, playing almost exclusively with the ex-professed design of different carpentry elements, as well as the re-furnishing of different pieces of furniture and lighting.
