A feature of this apartment designed by Design Studio Rubleva Design is the modeling of space. Designers managed to combine three apartments into one spacious apartment of 170 sq.m. We managed to consider various options for the location of zones inside the apartment.

“This project designed by Estúdio GT was built for a 140m2 apartment located in the south region of Sao Paulo city and it was conceived for a family with a small daughter. Despite it being the second apartment the customer has owned, it was the first time they opted on hiring an architect to lead the renovation, since they reported having traumatic experiences with previous renovations where they were certain they could do it on their own.

Ness Point designed by Tonkin Liu is a new house set in the dramatic landscape of the White Cliffs of Dover. Hunkered into the land with undulating thick walls along its length, Ness Point is constructed as a journey with views that pull the surrounding landscape into the house.
