The design of this single-family house is part of a private condominium of two family groups that together developed a development of 17 plots of land of between 650- 750 m2. VP Apartment is a project designed by Ticiane Lima Arquitetura e Interiores. Cozy and contemporary apartment in the Aclimação neighborhood, in São Paulo. Thinking for a young couple, with a baby and a pet, the project was developed to accompany the family’s growth in a clean and cozy apartment. The Paige House by Logan Architecture, situated on the ecological threshold between the Texas Blackland Prairie and the Post Oak Savanna, acts as a sanctuary for all who visit. This retreat is arranged to take advantage of the blending of ecosystems and the unique and diverse array of indigenous plants and wildlife, while providing a serene space for rest and decompression.
